Job Summary

Lead healthcare IT initiatives within a diagnostics environment, covering project delivery, technology solutions, stakeholder management and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT connectivity projects for new healthcare instruments
• Oversee system testing and project delivery
• Drive cross-department IT initiatives and stakeholder collaboration
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI solutions
• Lead change management and communication
• Oversee day-to-day IT activities and ensure compliance with IT requirements
• Manage IT resources, budgets and project priorities
• Lead projects, stakeholders, teams and/or functions

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline
• 5+ years of healthcare/laboratory experience
• 2+ years in an IT application specialist role
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Proven experience in project leadership, IT solutioning and data analysis
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Project Management certification is preferred
• EPIC Beaker / NGEMR certifications are advantageous
