Senior/ Investment Analyst (Listed Real Estate Developer)

Responsibilities

• Source and assess real estate acquisition and divestment opportunities through brokers, networks, and market research.
• Conduct preliminary deal reviews, including site checks, data gathering, and high-level financial analysis.
• Build and update financial models to assess feasibility, returns, IRR, NPV, and sensitivity scenarios.
• Prepare investment memos, business cases, presentations, and board papers for management review.
• Track real estate market trends, policy changes, and transaction comparables across key markets.
• Support due diligence and transaction execution with internal teams and external consultants.
• Monitor asset and portfolio performance, including project status, pipeline updates, and market developments.
• Maintain deal files, data rooms, reports, and coordinate meetings, site visits, and stakeholder discussions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with good understanding of real estate investment principles.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to interpret data quickly for decision-making.
• Good communication and coordination skills; experience with Bloomberg, REIS, or similar platforms is advantageous.
