About the Role

We are looking for a Program Coordinator to support the Corporate Treasury COO team across strategic initiatives, analytics, project coordination and business management activities.

This role provides exposure to Corporate Treasury projects and is suitable for candidates with strong analytical, project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to support Corporate Treasury strategies, methodologies and policies
• Assist in developing and evaluating strategic and policy options for management review
• Prepare senior management presentations, policy documents, briefing notes and meeting materials
• Coordinate and support projects across Corporate Treasury, Finance and other internal teams
• Support project planning, scoping, data sourcing and management
• Build analytical models using Excel and/or database tools
• Analyse data, identify issues and work with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
• Support initiatives involving pricing methodologies, hedging strategies, recovery contingency planning and internal audit
• Support the improvement and automation of analytics and reporting processes
• Assist with performance measurement, scorecard tracking and budgeting processes
• Prepare materials for regulatory and senior management briefings
• Track project deliverables and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in Banking, Treasury, Finance, Risk, Strategy, Business Management or Analytics would be advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable working with data, analytical models and management reporting
• Strong written communication and presentation skills
• Good stakeholder management and project coordination skills
• Exposure to Corporate Treasury, ALM, liquidity, FTP/pricing, financial markets or treasury projects would be an advantage
• Experience with data analytics or reporting automation is a plus
