Role:
Admin cum Accounts Assistant

Salary: $2200 - $2500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
Working Days: Mon - Fri | 8.30am - 6pm
Working Location: Woodlands Walk

Job Description

• Answer phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and filing.
• Maintain and organize office documents and records.
• Prepare letters, reports, and other administrative documents.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Perform data entry for accounting transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.

• At least 1 year working experience in Admin / Accounting role
