M&E Engineer [5 Days Week + Extra Annual Leave]

Job Title: M&E Engineer 5-Day Week + Extra Annual Leave
Project Type: Industrial Projects (Changi / East Area)
Salary: Up to $6,500 SGD (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the M&E Manager in directing and organizing all M&E activities to ensure they are completed on time.

• Oversee and align M&E subcontractors, making sure mechanical and electrical tasks progress steadily according to the project schedule.

• Supervise everyday site activities and monitor the overall status of all M&E work in progress.

• Partner with consultants, specialist contractors, and subcontractors to proactively troubleshoot and resolve any technical or on-site challenges.

• Study M&E plans and coordinate the execution of works with consultants and subcontractors to avoid clashes.

• Ensure all contractors strictly follow required safety regulations, industry codes of practice, and that work is carried out exactly to specifications and approved drawings.

• Represent the M&E team in site meetings with consultants to discuss progress and coordination matters.

• Keep the Project Director and Project Manager promptly informed of any M&E-related technical problems or site difficulties.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience working with a Main Contractor on large-scale LTA or building projects in Singapore.
