Forward Deployer AI Engineer

Our client, a fast growing technology company building advanced AI driven solutions to real world business challenges, is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design and deploy intelligent systems that improve workflows and decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, and client engagement.

You will work closely with cross functional teams to build, integrate, and optimise AI agents across a range of business applications. The role is suited to individuals who enjoy solving complex problems and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents to address real business use cases across various industries.
• Work across integrations, data pipelines, and system architectures to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
• Analyse complex workflows and identify opportunities for automation and optimisation.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and communication systems.
• Support deployment, testing, and continuous improvement of AI solutions in production environments.
• For specialists, contribute deep expertise in areas such as telephony architecture or specific integration domains.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation roles.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data workflows.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, automation tools, or agent-based systems is an advantage.
• Ability to break down complex problems and design practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
