Housekeeper

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and service areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.

Change bed linens, pillowcases, and towels.

Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, drinking water, and amenities.

Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and public areas.

Report maintenance defects, damaged items, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Maintain cleanliness of corridors, pantries, lifts, and other assigned areas.

Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and security procedures at all times.

Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning duties.

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Prior housekeeping experience is an advantage, but no experience is welcome to apply.
