Report to Preoject Manager, the Engineer has the following responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in project planning, all on-site technical/ engineering matter and authority submissions
- Assist the Project Manager in managing and implementing the quality, environmental, health and safety (QEHS) management system of Pikasa Construction Engineering Pte Ltd
- Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance to operating procedures, quality standards and contractual specifications.
- Monitor progress of works and site activities to ensure adherence to project timeline
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc)
- Carry out technical feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
- Responsible for all inspection activities carried out at work site
- To update all structural/architectural and M&E progress with scheduling tools
- To prepare and submit shop drawing/ material/ MOS monthly progress claims and PM report
- To analyze customer complaints and provide advise and resolve problems creatively
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Proficient in MS Office , Auto Cad
- Good analytical, supervision and communication skills
- Experience in Building Engineering projects including New Build
