Operations Executive (Logistics)

Salary: From $2,500 (commensurate with experience)
Work Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations

• Plan and optimise delivery routes using routing systems

• Coordinate with drivers and operations teams to ensure smooth execution

• Attend to customers’ enquiries and requests promptly and professionally

• Assist the Operations Manager in tracking and achieving KPIs

• Resolve operational issues and ensure service standards are met

Job Requirements

• Class 3 Driving Licence (required)

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in logistics/operations preferred

• Able to work independently and under pressure

• Good communication and coordination skills

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
