Regional Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead all business development efforts within the organisation
• Develop and implement business development strategies and activities
• Explore new markets and opportunities
• Lead business development activities through cross-function collaborations
• Keep abreast of market trends, industry events, competitors and clients' needs
• Travel frequently and maintain rapport with potential clients
• Prepare and maintain accurate updates on project progress, market developments and customer activities

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, Construction, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in product/ system specification within the construction or building materials industry.
• Good knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering standards, and design compliance requirements within the Southeast Asian market.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Able to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings, engineering plans, and specifications.
• Willing to travel for business assignments when required.
