Job Summary

Provide professional massage therapy services in a supportive environment, ensuring client satisfaction through skilled treatments and excellent customer care at Royz Spa & Reflexology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional massage services including foot reflexology, head, neck, shoulder, and relaxation body massage for male and female clients
• Apply customer service skills to communicate politely and ensure client satisfaction, encouraging repeat visits and positive feedback
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment areas between sessions to meet high standards
• Manage personal work schedule using a first-come-first-served roster reservation system
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment by multitasking and demonstrating patience and responsibility

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably in body and foot reflexology wellness services
• Ability to communicate in basic languages such as English, Malay, or Mandarin to explain to clients the selection of treatments
• Maintain good personal hygiene and professional appearance
• Certificate in ITEC, CIBTAC, NITEC-ITE, NSRC-WSQ, or CIDESCO (preferred)

Other Information

Working Hours

• 10am - 6pm / 12pm - 8pm / 2pm - 10pm shifts (44-hours weekly)
• 7.5 hours per day, 6 days per week with 1-hour staggered lunch
• Availability to work overtime, weekends and public holidays

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary starting from S$2,000 - S$2,500, based on experience and skills
