Clinic Assistant & Phlebotomist (Part Time)

Job Summary

Support the day-to-day operations of the clinic and deliver an excellent patient experience while growing your skills in clinic operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients efficiently to ensure smooth clinic flow
• Manage front desk operations and coordinate patient movement within the clinic
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups accurately while maintaining up-to-date patient records
• Prepare consultation rooms and assist clinicians during patient consultations and tests
• Process billing transactions and perform basic administrative tasks
• Conduct stock and supply checks to maintain clinic inventory
• Maintain a clean, calm, and organized clinic environment to support smooth operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1 year prior experience in clinic role preferred
• Strong English communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow within the role
• Ability to stay organized, attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks reliably
• Phlebotomy experience and certification require
