RichBox Manufacturing (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee overall production operations in wooden crate and pallet manufacturing. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, quality standards, workplace safety, and timely delivery.

The Production Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement in productivity and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Overview:

• Oversee overall production operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure production output meets KPI targets including productivity, efficiency, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain product quality standards and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Ensure workplace safety compliance and support 5S implementation.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as warehouse, logistics, and sales.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in manufacturing or production management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality control, KPI monitoring, and safety systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operational challenges.

✔️ Specific Responsibilities

1. Individual to be involved in

• Conduct daily Toolbox Meeting to communicate production plan and safety requirements.
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production schedule and manpower allocation.
• Lead and supervise production team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor production KPI including output, efficiency, quality, and wastage control.
• Ensure Quality Control standards are met for all wooden crate and pallet products.
• Implement and maintain 5S workplace organization and discipline.
• Ensure Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) compliance at all times.
• Monitor raw material usage and ensure proper inventory control.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and minimize downtime.
• Handle production issues, urgent orders, and operational troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce cost.
