Sales Operations Specialist

Inluxgence Pte Ltd is a leading luxury marketplace offering a curated selection of the finest luxury goods from around the world. We are seeking support for our operations and general showroom activities as we expand our dynamic, collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Product photo-taking

• Manage Website and Social Media/Marketplaces Listing

• Receival, checking, and labeling of new consignment items

• Display management

• Arrange product delivery

• Stock Count and Management

• Manning the showroom and assisting clients during viewing & consignment appointments

• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the showroom

About you

• Interest in Luxury/Branded Goods

• Previous experience in retail operation, or a similar role, is a plus

• Approachability and friendliness are a must since we are in the service industry

• Excellent photography and videography skills (as a plus)

• Positive attitude, highly motivated, and ability to work independently

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays (5 Working Days)

• Planning to work long term
