Recruitment / Employment Consultant (WFH)

Job Summary

Source, screen, and coordinate recruitment activities to match candidates with client manpower needs. Manage documentation, maintain communication, and support onboarding while ensuring compliance with company and MOM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels to meet client manpower needs
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to evaluate their suitability for specific roles
• Analyze clients' manpower requirements and recommend candidates who best fit those needs
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates to enable timely hiring decisions
• Manage candidate documentation and maintain accurate recruitment records for compliance and tracking purposes
• Assist with employment placement and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients to provide updates and support throughout the recruitment process
• Assist with work pass and employment-related administrative tasks to ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Prepare and post job advertisements to attract qualified candidates effectively
• Maintain and update the candidate database to keep talent information current and accessible
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company procedures and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations
• Follow up with candidates and clients to support successful placements and meet recruitment targets
• Work proactively to achieve agreed recruitment and placement targets to contribute to business growth

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid CEI (Basic) certification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior recruitment or employment agency experience
• Experience in Singapore manpower recruitment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• Good command of English
