Receptionist #EC

Location: Havelock Road, Singapore

Salary: $2,500 to $2,700 per month

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 9.30am to 5.30pm

About the Role

We are looking for a mature, presentable and responsible Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The successful candidate will provide excellent front desk support, maintain a professional office environment, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Welcome clients and visitors upon arrival
• Escort clients to meeting rooms when required
• Serve refreshments to clients and guests
• Ensure meeting rooms are well maintained and ready for use
• Monitor and coordinate general housekeeping matters
• Ensure office facilities such as lighting, air conditioning and common areas are properly maintained
• Refill bottled water supplies in all meeting rooms
• Provide general administrative and front desk support as assigned

Requirements

• Immediate or short notice preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to support Chinese-speaking clients.
• Mature, presentable and professional in appearance
• Responsible, proactive and service-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
