A&E / High Dependency Unit Nurse

About the Role

• Provide nursing care and clinical support to patients across hospital and non-hospital settings.
• Assist doctors with clinical procedures and patient management, including home visits where required.
• Monitor patients’ conditions, identify clinical risks, and escalate concerns in accordance with established protocols.
• Provide patient and caregiver education on care and follow-up.
• Support triage, clinical escalation, and coordination of care.
• Manage medications, equipment, supplies, and inventory in accordance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Perform patient registration and related administrative duties to support smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with organisational, clinical, and regulatory standards.
• Support deployment to other clinics or service locations based on operational needs.

What We Are Looking For

• Recognised Diploma / Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Registered Nurse with the relevant practising certification.
• BCLS and AED certification.
• Able to work independently in both hospital and non-hospital settings.
• Able to provide safe and effective patient care within scope of practice.
• Good clinical judgement, communication, and teamwork skills.
