Job Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently to outpatients

• Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness

• Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and storage

• Provide medication-related advice and respond to patient enquiries

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and medication safety standards

• Maintain accurate dispensing records and documentation

• Liaise with doctors and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care

• Support daily outpatient pharmacy operations and inventory management where required

Requirements:

• Registered Pharmacist

• Able to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week

• Able to commit Office Hours, Mon-Fri

• Available for a 3-month locum assignment (extendable)
