Retail Ambassador (Spa/Fitness)

As our Retail Ambassador, you have an influence over our members by actively building a relationship with them and helping them to meet their fitness needs. We are seeking driven, customer-oriented, and eloquent individuals who are willing to go to the extra mile for our members while challenging yourself to achieve personal targets. Your contributions to our joint success:

• Work with the team to achieve the branch target
• Attend to walk-in customers and all telephone enquiries
• Promote and follow up on renewal of memberships
• Build and maintain a rapport with all-existing members and potential members
• Update members on promotional activities from time to time
• Assist in maintaining proper attendance records for all classes or treatments

What does it take to be a Retail Ambassador:

• Candidates without work experience are welcome
• Interested in Fitness and/or Spa
• Sales and service oriented
• Self-motivated and a team player
• Good interpersonal skills
• Willing to work retail hours (5 working days per week)
