Site Supervisor

Job Summary

Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in daily site operations by supervising sub-contractors and workers, ensuring installation follows construction drawings, monitoring work progress and quality, and maintaining compliance with project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in executing daily work activities on site
• Supervise sub-contractors and in-house workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Collaborate with site operations staff to meet project schedules and deadlines
• Verify that installations conform to construction drawings and specifications
• Monitor work progress and quality to maintain acceptable workmanship standards
• Conduct daily tool-box meetings and communicate clear instructions to the team
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work throughout execution

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Electrical field
• Possession of SCWSH (BCSS) certification

• Proactive attitude and self-motivation to drive tasks independently
• Ability to work effectively as a team player
• Strong problem-solving skills applied to site challenges
• Effective communication skills for clear instruction and coordination
