[Entry Level] Telesales Officer (Bank)| 12M Contract (Convertible OR Renewable) | Basic + High Commission = High Gross income

Job Details

• Location: Central Area - Newton
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
• Basic Salary: $2,650 + Commission = High Gross Salary
• Avaliability: Immediate starter/ 1 month notice period
• Duration: 12 months contract (Renewable OR Convertible)
• Benefits: Entitled with14 days Annual Leave, MOM-standard Medical and Hospitalization Leave, insurance coverage, and completion/performance bonuses
• Headcount : 6 headcounts

Job Scope:

1. Promote credit cards and unsecured loan products to an established customer base via telesales calls
2. Deliver a high standard of service, ensuring all information shared with customers is clear, accurate, and concise
3. Understand and match customer needs to suitable unsecured lending solutions
4. Uphold all internal and external regulatory requirements, maintaining an acceptable compliance rating as defined by the Bank

Requirement

• No prior working experience required, as long as you are eager to earn a higher income; training will be provided
• No weekend work (enjoy your family days!)
• Entry-level candidates highly encouraged to apply (share with us your school society or part-time work experience!)
• No need to physically meet customers, communication is via phone call/email
• Route to enter a well know reputable bank industry!
