Location: International Business Park (Jurong)
Working Hours: 830 - 530, Mon - Fri
Salary: Up to $7000
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Bank Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit (SBLCs), including issuance, tracking and monitoring.
- Monitor daily cash balances and support liquidity management across entities.
- Invest surplus cash in yield-enhancing instruments, particularly for China and Taiwan.
- Prepare 10-day, weekly and monthly cash forecasts.
- Manage and track intercompany loans and perform FX trading for payments and collections.
- Authorize electronic payments and coordinate weekly payment proposals.
- Administer e-banking portals and ensure appropriate access controls.
- Support credit facility, bond and treasury reporting.
- Upload monthly FX rates and MTM for all entities.
- Support KYC, audit matters and the Global Business Service Centre.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy, Business or other relevant professional qualification
- Minimum 7 years of relevant Corporate Treasury experience
- Strong knowledge of banking, cash management and FX products
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with TIS and Coupa is an added advantage
