Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy
• Partner with the business as a TA advisor and provide insights on candidate trends, in-demand roles and market conditions
• Work with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies for individual roles
• Advise hiring managers on interview processes and recruitment best practices

Sourcing & Candidate Management
• Source and present high-quality candidates through various sourcing channels
• Conduct phone screens, video interviews and face-to-face interviews
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of quality candidates
• Focus on direct sourcing wherever possible

Offer Management
• Own the offer process from offer preparation through candidate acceptance
• Benchmark salaries using internal and external market information
• Provide insights on market compensation and candidate expectations
• Work closely with HR Business Partners on workforce plans and external market trends

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Partner with HR Business Partners to understand workforce strategies
• Manage relationships with TA agency partners and recruitment vendors
• Provide market intelligence and candidate sentiment to stakeholders
