PM and CM Technician (Semi / North / Rotating Shift)

Job Summary

Perform preventive maintenance and provide technical support for semiconductor equipment to ensure production goals are met. Manage logistics, maintain safety and housekeeping standards, and report progress to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on semiconductor equipment following standard operating procedures to achieve module production targets
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on fab tools to support tool owners in maintaining equipment performance
• Assist with equipment modifications, installations, and de-installations to ensure smooth operational transitions
• Coordinate logistics for new and used equipment parts to maintain inventory availability and minimize downtime
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain secure custody of module tools and property to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness across production floor, sub-fab, office, and maintenance areas, including preparation and upkeep of PM jigs and tools
• Provide daily task updates and status reports directly to the Project Manager to ensure clear communication and project tracking

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Nitec certification preferred; Diploma in relevant engineering discipline is acceptable
• Prior experience working with semiconductor modules is preferred
• Knowledge or experience in Diffusion, Implant, CVD, PVD, or CMP semiconductor processes is a strong advantage

Working Hours & Shift Pattern

• 12-hour rotating shifts on a 4-3-3-4 day pattern (Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
