Management Associate

📍 Location: Island wide, Singapore
💰 Salary: $3,200 – $3,400/month

What You'll Do:

✅ Complete structured training and grow into a supervisory role
✅ Learn daily operations and perform responsibilities independently
✅ Uphold the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
✅ Assist in recruiting and developing junior team members
✅ Support employee counselling and performance management
✅ Take on additional duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in the service industry
✔️ Bachelor's Degree in any field
✔️ F&B experience is an advantage
