Contract Finance Operations (Processing) Specialist, Banking at Raffles Place, up to $4000

Responsibilities:

• Processing of vendor invoices for payments and related GL posting
• Handle tax requirements relating to processing
• Prepare general ledger reconciliation and expense reports
• Comply with archival requirements
• Handle monthly closing related matters
• Participate in implementing system functionalities and enhancements
• Participate in developing and maintaining policies and procedures
• Participate in project work including process improvement activities

Period: 6 months contract

Location: Raffles Place

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to $4000

Requirements:

• Minimally diploma or degree with at least 1 to 2 years relevant experience in banking with Account Payables knowledge preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively
• Experience with financial systems and processes, including accounting and reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including finance, risk, and compliance teams
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
