Stamping Production Engineer

Job Summary

The Production Engineer is responsible to drive digitalization and automation initiatives in stamping production and clerical processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and productivity. He/She will focus on identifying and implementing solutions to replace manual processes and enhance overall operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive digitalisation initiatives in production and clerical workflows to reduce manual work
• Identify and implement automation solutions for stamping processes and material handling
• Analyse production data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Support implementation of Industry 4.0 systems such as data collection and dashboards
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, IT and Maintenance teams for project execution
• Improve reporting and administrative processes through system or scripting solutions
• Assist in troubleshooting and provide data-driven improvements

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Good team player with a positive attitude
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
