Job Summary

You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process to attractand secure top talent, collaborating with external agencies and participatingin career fairs to meet hiring goals. You will also support HR functionsincluding onboarding and reporting to drive organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle by conducting background checks, screening and shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating candidate selection and placement
• Collaborate with external recruitment and government agencies to fulfill staffing requirements efficiently
• Represent the company at career fairs and lead outdoor recruitment initiatives to expand talent pipelines
• Develop and manage job vacancy advertisements across job portals, social media platforms, and other channels to maximize candidate reach
• Execute employee onboarding, offboarding, and induction processes to ensure smooth transitions and compliance
• Prepare and submit weekly recruitment performance reports to senior management and the QC department to inform decision-making
• Support special HR projects that enhance workforce planning and employee engagement
• Perform additional duties and projects assigned by management to support business objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma qualification with 1 to 2 years of relevant recruitment experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel to manage documentation and reporting
• Experience working in recruitment firms is advantageous
