Retail Sales Associate / Beauty Advisor - 5days | 44hrs | Orchard

• Working Days & Hours : 5 days, 44hrs (Rotate Shift) , Operation hours 10am – 10pm

• Location: Orchard

• Salary: Basic $2500 - $3500 (depend on experience)

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with product recommendations.

• Provide friendly and excellent customer service.

• Handle customer enquiries, returns, and exchanges according to company policy.

• Process payments accurately using the POS system.

• Replenish and arrange stock on shelves.

• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well displayed.

• Support promotional events and in-store marketing activities.

• Assist with stock receiving and stocktaking.

• Work with the store team to achieve sales targets.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
