Strategic Program Manager
About this job
We're seeking a Strategic Program Manager to lead partnership programs at the intersection of agentic AI, emerging technologies and new content formats, with a focus on the Korean developer market. You will own the Korean market for the team: building relationships with game developers and their senior stakeholders, understanding the technical issues they face on the platform, and translating those back to Meta's product engineering team to help drive solutions. This is a new-bet role that rewards entrepreneurial thinking and comfort with ambiguity. The role reports to the hiring manager and is based onsite in Singapore.
What you'll do
- Define and lead partnership programs that bring new developers into Meta's content ecosystem across the Korean market.
- Build and nurture relationships with Korean game developers and their senior/C-level stakeholders.
- Understand the technical issues developers face on the platform (APIs, integration, bugs) and translate them, in English, to Meta's product engineering team to advise solutions.
- Drive programs that leverage agentic AI and emerging technologies for content creation, developer tools and new interactive formats.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Marketing and Content Policy teams.
- Represent programs externally in developer communities and industry events, and in executive meetings.
- Define success metrics, track program performance and communicate insights to inform strategic decisions.
What we're looking for Required
- Business-level or full professional proficiency in Korean (spoken and written) is required to effectively manage, negotiate, and collaborate with developers stakeholders who are based in Korea.
- Gaming-development experience — ideally from a gaming studio operating heavily in the Korean ecosystem, or a gaming vertical within a big-tech / cloud company.
- Technical literacy: able to understand how games are developed and discuss technical issues (APIs, bugs, integration) credibly with developers. (You will not be required to code.)
- Extensive proven experience (typically 8–10 years) in program management, business development, or strategic partnerships within gaming, developer ecosystems, or technology platforms.
- Proven ability to engage senior / C-level executives in Korea professionally, with strong cultural fluency in Korean business etiquette.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills to collaborate effectively with global internal teams.
- Ability to design, launch, and scale programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
