Document Controller – Pharma/ Contract

3 Months Contract

Location : Tuas

Salary up to $$6,300 depending on experience

Job Descriptions:

• Manages and maintains the controlled document management system, ensuring all GMP documentation is accurate, current, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Administer the document management system (DMS) for SOPs, batch records, protocols, and reports
• Process document initiation, revision, review, approval, and distribution workflows
• Ensure document version control, archiving, and retrieval processes comply with GMP and GDocP standards
• Track and coordinate document review and approval timelines
• Provide training to staff on document control procedures and DMS usage
• Support audits and regulatory inspections by ensuring documentation is organized and accessible
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage periodic document review cycles
• Identify and implement improvements to the document management system

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in document control, quality assurance, GMP documentation, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Familiarity with Document Management Systems (DMS), cGMP, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Excellent attention to detail with excellent organisational and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
