🌟 Senior M&E Project Management Opportunity

Looking for an experienced M&E Project Manager with strong technical expertise in chillers / cooling plants to lead commercial or hospital projects from planning through execution.

This is a senior project leadership role suited for an experienced M&E contractor professional who is confident managing project teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

🏗️ What You'll Be Doing

Project Leadership & Delivery
• Lead project teams to achieve delivery milestones and project schedules
• Manage projects according to the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Action) cycle
• Develop project construction schemes covering quality, safety and environmental requirements
• Establish master schedules, budgets, risk plans and project requirements
• Understand project contract conditions and ensure requirements are met

⚙️ Technical & Construction Management
• Oversee M&E project execution and implementation
• Strongly coordinate technical scopes involving chillers and cooling plants
• Implement approved installation methods
• Identify and introduce improved installation methods to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure works comply with authorities' codes of practice and client requirements

👷 Team & Site Management
• Organise site work schedules and manage site resources
• Lead and develop project teams and junior staff
• Identify staff development needs and provide coaching and training
• Establish effective daily communication processes across the site team
• Proactively identify and resolve site issues

🤝 Client & Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Coordinate closely with customers on project schedules and requirements
• Negotiate project variations with customers
• Negotiate variations with suppliers and subcontractors
• Develop strong working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors

🛡️ Quality, Safety & Risk
• Develop and implement project quality and safety plans
• Identify project risks and establish mitigation plans
• Ensure suppliers and subcontractors comply with safety requirements
• Monitor project quality, safety and environmental standards
• Support compliance with relevant ISO and workplace safety requirements
