Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Contract through End of 2026

As the TA/HR admin coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering efficient recruitment operations and a positive employee experience. This position is responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, applicant tracking, job posting management, onboarding support, and recruitment data administration. In addition to Talent Acquisition responsibilities, the role will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate wellness initiatives and provide administrative support for other HR and Talent Acquisition activities as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
This position is a contract position through end of 2026.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Managing candidate communications, and overseeing onsite and virtual interview logistics to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Proactively monitor interview schedules and troubleshoot scheduling or logistical issues to ensure interviews run smoothly.
- Manage job postings and support sourcing activities by identifying potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, talent databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial application reviews, assess candidates against job requirements, and highlight qualified profiles for recruiter review and progression through the hiring process.
- Support the pre-boarding and onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate wellness initiatives and engagement activities.
- Supporting other HR/TA activities and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in Gmail and other G-Suite products
- Must be extremely savvy at learning new software products and tools.
- Excellent and pro-active communication skills, efficient, reliable, detail oriented, and organized.
- Someone that has a sense of urgency and doesn’t need constant follow-up to ensure that a task is complete, trustworthy and accountable.
- Must be able to think outside of the box, be resourceful and has a positive attitude.
- Exceptional customer service focus.
- Confident at quickly adapting to changing work environment and priorities, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a big plus. We use Greenhouse & Guide
