Job Description:
Handle Payroll about 100 headcount (System Infotech)
Handle recruitment and selection, payroll management, performance management, and HR administration
Prepare HR related documents such as job offer letters, employment letters, intern contracts, short term contracts, warning letters, and certification letters
Liaise with line managers on recruitment needs and employee performance reviews
Handle compensation and benefits matters including government leave claims (childcare, maternity, paternity, shared parental, NS makeup claims)
Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Human Resources/Business or similar w min relevant 2 yrs of operations experience
