Front Desk Receptionist (Clarke Quay)

🌟We are looking for a friendly and responsible Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.🌟

Working Location: Clarke Quay
Working Hours: 9.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
Benefits: PB + Yearly Increment
Gross Salary: Up to $3300 (Basic up to $3000)

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Welcome and assist clients and visitors, including escorting them to meeting rooms.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service throughout the client's visit.
• Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
• Monitor office facilities and ensure lights, flooring, air-conditioning, and other basic amenities are in proper working condition.
• Replenish bottled water and other basic refreshments in meeting rooms as required.
• Provide general front desk and office support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year in reception, front desk, customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality.
• Well-organised and attentive to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage daily responsibilities effectively.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and maintaining a professional appearance.
