Sales Manager (Data Centre)

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance and ensure alignment with local market demands in partnership with the General Manager, Commercial
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and penetrate new customer segments
• Identify, engage, and secure new customers while nurturing long-term partnerships to expand revenue streams
• Manage sales pipeline proactively to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Commercial to oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and deal structuring
• Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth product delivery and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business associates to unlock new business opportunities
• Monitor emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
• Support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction with products and services
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or a related role
• Proven experience in network solutions and connectivity, including data centre interconnection, dark fibre services, and IP services
• Skilled in managing the full product lifecycle using customer-centric, data-driven, and design-thinking approaches
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
