We are seeking a customer-focused and professional Telephone Operator to join our automotive call centre team. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a smooth and positive customer experience.

Job Description:

• Handle incoming calls, manage customer enquiries, and provide accurate information on products and services

• Route calls to the appropriate departments efficiently

• Serve as the first point of contact for bookings and appointments, ensuring a positive customer experience

• Explain vehicle warranty details, maintenance requirements, and key features clearly to customers

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Possess at least 6 months experience in customer service or call centre environment is highly advantageous
