Salary: $2,300 – $2,600 + AWS

5-days work week with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Job scope:

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create meaningful customer connections through storytelling.

- Build trust and long-term customer relationships while promoting loyalty programs.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets with accountability for results.

- Work collaboratively to maintain a welcoming, organized, and engaging store environment.

- Stay up to date with product knowledge and leverage digital tools to enhance the customer experience.

Requirement:

- Minimum 1 year of permanent retail sales experience

- Experience in fashion, luxury, jewellery, or premium retail is preferred

- Passionate about customer service and sales

- Comfortable working retail hours, weekends, and Public Holidays
