Order Processing / One year contract

Job Descriptions:

• Process orders in a timely manner and work closely with internal sales.
• Prompt preparation of delivery documentations and invoices.
• Manage e-documents and department work instructions in an organized manner.
• Actively engage in departmental discussion and activities.
• Conduct training for any new staff and render any support to them.
• Work as a team and collaborate with other departments towards company goals and objectives.
• Support customers order confirmations.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate efficiency and accuracy in executing daily operations process to provide high service level.
• Experience as Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent will be advantageous.
