Student Services Executive

• Working Days: 5 days’ work week, including weekends (rostered based on company’s schedule)
• Working Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm / 9:30am – 7:00pm / 1:00pm – 10:00pm
• Location: Tiong Bahru (Central Plaza) or Woodlands (WoodSquare) or Paya Lebar (Lifelong Learning Institute)
• Salary Range: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00

Position Overview:

As a Learner Support Executive, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional learning experience for adult learners throughout their learning journey. You will be responsible for supporting daily training centre operations, assisting learners and trainers, coordinating administrative processes through the CRM system, and ensuring programmes are delivered smoothly in accordance with operational standards.

This role requires a proactive, service-oriented individual who enjoys engaging with people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional support to learners, trainers and corporate clients throughout the learner journey.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for learner enquiries via telephone, email, CRM system and walk-ins.
• Coordinate and support the smooth delivery of training programmes and daily centre operations.
• Assist with classroom facilitation, learner engagement and trainer support during training sessions.
• Perform course administration, including learner records, attendance, evaluations, certification support and programme documentation.
• Coordinate logistics, facilities, training materials and vendor arrangements to ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing and Operations, to deliver a seamless learner experience.
• Resolve learner enquiries and service issues promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Support continuous process improvements and operational initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and training requirements.
• Carry out any other duties or projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, education, training administration, hospitality or a related service industry.
• Experience in an education or training centre will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent customer service orientation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning CRM systems.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle learner concerns professionally.
• Meticulous, responsible and committed to delivering a high-quality learner experience.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
