Senior Engineer, Mechanical

Job Description:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components for infrastructure and building projects
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and timely delivery
• Conduct detailed analysis and calculations to optimize mechanical designs
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and reports
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control measures
• Participate in client meetings and present technical solutions
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on design and development of building services
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex mechanical engineering projects
• Experience working with and coordinating multidiscipline design teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in project management and budget control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
