Purchaser

Responsibilities:

• Process material purchasing requisitions, orders and requests for quotes from suppliers.
• Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity.
• Monitor the costs, schedules and scopes of assigned subcontracts to negotiate highest quality at best value.
• Responsible for designated Purchasing Orders, Delivery Orders, Request Forms and Invoice submission to Purchasing Manager for approval.
• Interact closely with suppliers and site staff to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare payment summaries, data entry and liaise with suppliers and finance team to follow up the payment arrangements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, preferably in Engineering/Construction or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction.
• Good negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
