Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage corporate office fit-out projects from project award through completion, client handover, and defect liability period.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, landlords, authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely approvals.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, progress claims, variation orders (VOs), cost control, procurement, and project reporting.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and site inspections while proactively resolving technical, commercial, and operational issues.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication, responsive project management, and excellent customer service.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project team members while driving continuous improvement in project delivery, workflows, and best practices.
  • Support tender interviews, technical presentations, value engineering, and pre-award planning where required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate office, commercial interior fit-out, or design-and-build project management.
  • Good knowledge of project planning, construction coordination, contracts, procurement, cost control, progress claims, and variation orders (VOs).
  • Familiarity with workplace fit-out construction, materials, building services coordination, and project delivery processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Knowledge of AutoCAD or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment and travel locally or overseas when required.
