With their exponential growth and aggressive growth plans internationally, they are looking for a highly seasoned Head of Finance to lead their finance team and drive process improvements.

about the job

Partnering closely with regional executive leadership, this position assumes oversight of financial management, strategic planning, and operational transformation across the finance organisation. You will upskill the finance team to maintain rigorous financial reporting standards, introduce robust management reporting capabilities and drive continuous optimization of control frameworks. As a strategic finance leader, you will direct long-range business planning and commercial analysis to guide critical investment decisions and business growth. You will optimise their cash flow position and capital deployment whilst minimizing tax exposure. Additionally, you will sponsor cross-functional systems automation projects, streamline capital management, manage statutory compliance alongside audit requirements, and build capability within the broader regional finance organization.

skills and experience required.

You are degree qualified with CPA/ACCA and have extensive finance leadership experience in senior finance management roles within fast growing and entrepreneurial organisations. Demonstrated expertise in strategic business partnering, business transformation, and executive governance is essential. Effective communication skills, willingness to be hands on and proven ability to influence multi-disciplinary stakeholders across diverse regions are key to success in this capacity.
