Job Description:
- Lead, guide and train technicians
- Drive company vehicle to repair CE product at customer's place
- Using Samsung System to update job status
- Using tablet to update/close jobs
- Follow up the pending cases until closed
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level and above
- Able to converse in English
- Class 3 driving license is a MUST
- Basic Electronic and Electrical knowledge
- On-site repair experience
- Able to work as a team player and good problem-solving skills
