Retail Sales Assistant (Part Time)

Work Location: Plaza Singapura or Jem Shopping Mall

We are a digital fashion e-commerce company that has expanded into the retail space in the last 6 years. We have a total of 2 retail stores in Singapore and looking for new sales associates to join our team.

As part of our retail team, you will play an important role in representing the brand and achieving success and growth in our retail business unit.

Job Duties:

• Handle cash register duties, including cash tallying and closing settlements
• Manage POS system processes
• Maintain accurate stock inventory and ensure storeroom is clean and organised
• Conduct regular stocktakes
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure daily store cleanliness and housekeeping
• Carry out instructions from supervisors and other teams in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Able to commit to a minimum of 2–3 shifts per week (12pm–10pm or 1pm–10pm).
• Good command of English.
• Minimum education: Primary/Secondary School, GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent
• Able to start work immediately
• Retail experience will be an advantage

Pay Structure:

• Basic $9 Hourly Pay and $13.50/hour on Public Holidays.
• We pay on time and contribute to CPF.
• Hourly rate can be reviewed on good performance.
