🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, preventive maintenance and repair of scientific and laboratory instruments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues at customer laboratories and manufacturing facilities.
• Conduct instrument validation, qualification and performance verification.
• Provide technical support and application guidance to customers.
• Deliver customer training on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain service documentation.
• Coordinate with the technical support and sales teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in product training and continuously update technical knowledge.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:Biomedical EngineeringMechanical EngineeringElectrical & Electronics EngineeringMechatronicsChemical EngineeringBiotechnologyChemistryLife SciencesPhysicsInstrumentation EngineeringOr related disciplines
• Experience servicing, maintaining or commissioning laboratory, analytical or scientific instruments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving electrical, mechanical and electronic systems.
• Comfortable travelling to customer sites across Singapore.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
