Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and direct construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.

Job Description:

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Manage construction activities, including site supervision.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor forces.
• Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure project documentation and records are maintained.
• Conduct regular site inspections.
• Identify and address defects or deficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Min 5 years of construction management experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
