Interior Designer

Due to expansion, BNJN Singapore is now seeking Corporate Interior Designers of flair with attractive wages + bonus and benefit package in addition to personal career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop concept design, space planning, perspectives, material selections and construction drawings to the clients.·
• Monitoring projects from conception to completion.·
• Liaise with clients and vendors throughout the projects.·
• Coordinate with project team to assure the sites conform to design criterion and construction regulations.·
• Attend client meetings and conduct design presentations. ·
• Capable of managing project assignments to be completed within the given deadline.·
• Coordinate with project team in harnessing creative ideas with a balanced senses of aesthetic and marketplace consideration.·
• Possess dynamic and proactive work attitude with a keen sense towards FF&E and be able to articulate design concept with flair.

Key Requirements: ·

• Possess a degree or diploma in Interior Design.·
• At least 2 - 5 years working experience in designing corporate offices.
• Demonstrate a strong design portfolio with proven track record of big ideas adhering to clients' guidelines and brief.·
• Proficient in using Sketchup, AutoCAD, Photoshop, but not limited to free-hand sketching skill as well.·
• Enscape rendering skills a plus
• Fluent in bilingual to communicate with clients and overseas associates.·
• Willing to travel for overseas assignments.
