We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our Physical Science team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge scientific instruments and collaborate with researchers, laboratories, universities, and industrial customers across various sectors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide technical and product support for scientific and laboratory equipment within the Physical Science portfolio.

• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions to meet their research, testing, and analytical needs.

• Support the sales team in developing business opportunities and achieving sales objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including research institutes, universities, government agencies, and industrial laboratories.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

• Work closely with principals and internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and project execution.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or other related Physical Science disciplines.

• Strong interest in scientific instrumentation and laboratory technologies.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Customer-oriented with a passion for problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Prior experience in scientific sales, application support, laboratory operations, or technical support will be an added advantage.
